Courses run by the Club

On Ice Courses  
   
The club is currently running three half hour group tuition sessions each Sunday during the Club session.  
The Club employs one of the ice rink resident coaches to take each of these these half hour class each week.

This is currently a free benefit for those skating during the club session.
 

10.00 to 10.30 Learn a dance
 
The first group session starts at 10.00 prompt, on the end ice behind the cones at the skate hire end of the ice rink.
The dance being taught changes each month. Details of the dance being taught that month can be found on the club notice board in the ice rink and in the News Section on this website.
This class is followed buy the first dance interval with the first dance being the dance being taught.
 
10.45 to 11.15 Group Tuition  
This  group session starts at 10.45 on the end ice behind the cones at the entrance end of the rink and ends at the start of the second dance interval.
The exercises being taught change each month and details of the current months exercises can be found on the club notice board in the ice rink and in the News Section on this website. And there is a paper copy at the pay-in desk on a Sunday
 
   
11.30 to 12.00noon Edge Class  
The edge class differs from the other two classes as it uses the main section of the ice leaving the end ice at the entrance end of the rink for general skating.
 
All the group lessons are designed to allow skaters to join in at any time of the month.
